Pre-seed

In June 2022 we closed a pre-seed round, offering equity with a bonus allocation of $TRIBAL, totalling 9,936,000 tokens across all investors (1.66% of the total supply).

In July 2023 we closed another funding round, again offering equity with a bonus allocation of $TRIBAL, totalling 6,233,331 (1.04% of the total supply).

In November 2023 we closed a third pre-seed round, with a bonus allocation of 10,625,000 $TRIBAL, totalling (1.77% of the total supply).

Token Pre-sale

We closed a token pre-sale in March 2024, offering a total of 18 million $TRIBAL and raising $390,000 for Tribally. The sale proved extremely popular, selling out in under 120 seconds.

Private Token Sale I

We closed a private token sale in July 2024, offering 14.5 million $TRIBAL to raise $435,000 for Tribally.

Strategic Token Round

We have closed a strategic token round in October 2024, offering 2.3 million $TRIBAL to raise $80,500 to assist with liquidity provision ahead of TGE.

P2A Campaign Round

We are allowing our games partners to purchase $TRIBAL to be used to fund their marketing campaigns and P2A budgets via Tribally, offering 5.7 million $TRIBAL to raise $228,000 for Tribally.

Private Equity Round

In February 2025 we closed a private equity round, offering equity with a bonus allocation of $TRIBAL, totalling 22,000,000 tokens (3.66% of the total supply).
